In the rare cases when shipping damage occurs, please notify me immediately.  Items damaged in transit are not returnable until the insurance claim process is complete. YOU MUST REPORT DAMAGES TO ME WITHIN 12-DAYS OF PACKAGE RECEIPT.  The insurance claim will be denied if reported too late and will not be covered.

TAKE DIGITAL PHOTOS of the package, shipping materials, and all shipped items. Then send me these photos so I can attach them to the insurance claim.

KEEP ALL PACKAGING! All packaging materials and damaged goods must be retained to prove that damage was done during shipment.  Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released prior to filing a damage claim.  The shipping company may request the package, shipping materials, and the damaged goods to make a determination.  Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
